International Wi-Fi Meetup Day
…is actually next week on the 10th, but i just wanted to give everyone a heads up as to what it’s all about. Meetup.com is a website dedicated to organizing gatherings in various cities in a effort to help like-minded people find each other. Normally i’m not one to hop on the bandwagon for this sort of thing, but I haven’t met too many people since moving to Milwaukee, so I figured what the heck. I’ve actually signed up for a few meetups, but the last few have been cancelled. In this case, I’m making an active effort to support it and make it happen. I wouldn’t mind meeting other people that are into wardriving and the whole wireless scene, so we’ll see how things go. To anyone visiting from the Wifi Meetup site, welcome!
