The Great DVD Trade of 2004

Following hot on the heels of all my other friends that have taken advantage of Blockbuster’s “$8 for any trade” policy during the month of October, Andy and I have sorted through our movie collections and gone are the following… The Matrix, Jeepers Creepers, Spiderman, Daredevil, The One, Waynes World 1 & 2, Empire Records, Some Like it Hot, Reign of Fire, Titan AE, Drop Dead Fred, Tokyo Raiders, What Dreams May Come, The Tuxedo, The Legend 2, She’s All That, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, The Blues Brothers, Go, 2 Fast 2 Furious, and AI. Total trade value = $169.50

What’d we get out of the deal? Movies we like! Movies we won’t be ashamed to say we own! Movies like Kill Bill 1 & 2, Crazy/Beautiful, The Fifth Element, Swingers, Dogma, Empire Records Special Fan Edition, the Indiana Jones Trilogy, and Van Helsing. And there’s still $7.49 worth of credit we can use!!! Today’s my day off, and it looks like I’ll be glued to the tv all day.
