The Tuesday (Friday) Update
It turns out that Humphrey Bogart was a drunk! And his dying words were “I should have never switched from scotch to martinis.” Gotta love the guy. Sounds like something John might say. I still don’t know what my fancy/adult drink of choice is, but I’m sure my liver is curious to know how I’m going to kill it.
Rachel had a burning desire to eat sushi last week, and treated me to dinner at Nanakusa, the upscale Japanese restaurant in the Third Ward. Granted, it was a little pricey, but the food was incredibly good and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was very animated and extremely helpful in narrowing down the choices on their menu (ie: what’s the difference between Hokkigai and Mirugai?). And, if you work in the service industry, you get a 20% discount on your meal (which our server was nice enough to extend to us anyways)!
With next Thursday being St. Patricks Day, does anyone know of any particularly good pub crawls? Better yet, anyone wanna call in to work and get drunk at 8 in the morning with me?

For the benefit of the bald man that can’t think for himself today: it’s my Friday because I’m off for the next two days. Thus the same reason Friday is really Monday. Make sense?

I’ll call in to drink with you Foofy! Maybe I’ll luck out and stay out of the cop shop this St. Patricks Day.

It’s OK John, your girlie and I just spent the whole day looking at apartments in Bayview; I will probably never return to Waukesha again after I move!
