I had no idea Kansas was so backwards-thinking
First they decide to preach Intelligent Design in public schools, and now this: a high school student in Kansas City was suspended for speaking Spanish outside of the classroom. He was reported as replying (in Spanish) to a friends’ request to borrow a dollar. Wtf? Seriously Kansas, get it together. I always knew Texas was the home of hardcore Christian conservatives, but now another Great Plains state is losing my respect.
