Rock The Casbah!
Davey was in town this week to play a few shows in the SoCal area, and it goes without saying that if Maritime is playing withing 50 miles of where I live I’m gonna go see them! It was a good show at The Casbah; the place just barely reminds me of Mad Planet back in Milwaukee, only without the thick haze of cigarette smoke and better lighting. The outdoor patio is a nice touch too, but then again that’s almost a requirement in a city where you can enjoy the outdoors year-round. In any case, it was a good time and I can’t wait to hear more of the new music they’re working on.
