Time to move again
We got a letter from our apartment complex last night giving us three options. As our lease is up on November 14, 2006, we’re required to:
- Give a 30-day notice indicating we have no intention of renewing our lease
- Renew our lease for 10, 11, or 12 months at $1650/month plus a $35/month pet fee
- Renew our lease on a month-to-month basis for $1800/month
Keeping in mind that we pay more than $100 less than option 2, I think my roommates and I are all going to pick the first choice and put a hearty “piss off!” on our notice letter.
